In the age of the Internet, anonymous online users can form a societal reaction by posting large quantities of critique and insulting comments against (perceived) norm violations on social media. These so-called online firestorms, or Enjō in Japanese, tend to include aggressive behavior against the target. This research aims to reveal the dynamics of Enjō and explores how people communicate with each other in the formation process of Enjō by conducting a comparative case study. This study collects tweets posted in five Enjō cases and compares each case to create conceptual categories of the communication process of Enjō. Results show that the participants of Enjō interact with each other to define the problem of concern through exchange of information. With the social outbreak in Chile in October 2019, a series of demonstrations and citizen mobilizations of different sectors of society began, which promoted various requests for social claims and demands. It is from this event that, on November 12 of that year, a presidential speech was issued, through which three major agreements were proposed to overcome the crisis that was being experienced, and one of those agreements was the agreement for a new constitution.This promise gave rise to the formation of the Constitutional Convention, the body which, after a long and arduous period of work, has recently presented a new draft constitutional text, which will be accepted or rejected by means of a plebiscite to be held in September of this year. In this context, the purpose of the interview is to analyze and evaluate the most decisive aspects of the constitutional process.

The way of writing of the human being was changing over time being reduced/abbreviated by the new generations. The project will investigate these forms of writing of people through hotel comments, in order to identify and classify them according to whether it is a formal or informal comment; at the same time we will try to identify whether each of these has positive or negative information. All the processes to identify texts will be used with Natural Language Processing (NLP), so we will be able to identify different sentences according to the context that will be found in the comment database, which will be taken from TripAdvisor.

Since the growing health crisis produced by COVID-19, our economic, social, and judicial environment has undergone several changes. Among these changes are the measures adopted by the judiciary to continue protecting rights and to continue with «normality» in its own work. This article comments on Directive No. 007-2020-CE-PJ approved by Administrative Resolution of the Executive Council of the Judiciary No. 000167-2020-CE-PJ, which implemented the «Simplified and Virtual Process of Food for Children and Adolescents». Indeed, it will be analyzed its main scopes and relevant modifications with regards to the traditional process. Likewise, the experience of the Superior Court of Justice of La Libertad with respect to the implementation of the virtual form of food demand will be taken into consideration.

El presente artículo analiza y realiza un balance crítico del proyecto de reforma constitucional chileno enviado al Senado por la Presidenta de la Republica. El proyecto de reforma constitucional tiene por objetivo elaborar una Nueva Constitución de manera democrática, en contraste con nuestra actual Constitución que fue producto de una ruptura institucional. Para ello hubo un proceso participativo de la ciudadanía que culminó con “las Bases Ciudadanas para una Nueva Constitución”, a su vez, se realizó un Proceso Constituyente Indígena.

Este articulo trata las condiciones de introducción, en Francia, de la segunda parte de los Comentarios Reales, al inicio de la década de 1650. Traducida por un hombre de letras parisino, cuyas necesidades laborales estaban sujetas en parte a las exigencias de un público mundano, la primera versión francesa desplazó la obra del Inca Garcilaso hacia otro régimen historiográfico basado en un proceso de conversión social, además de cultural, del texto original. Tal proceso ilustra una de las modalidades posibles de reapropiación por otros espacios europeos de producciones elaboradas dentro del marco imperial hispánico relacionadas con sus territorios americanos

This article deals with the conditions in France of the introduction of the second part of the Comentarios Reales in the early 1650s. Translated by a Parisian man of letters, whose labor needs were partly subjected to the demands of a wordly public, the first French version shifted the work of the Inca Garcilaso to another historiographical regime, based on a process of social and cultural conversion of the original text. This process illustrates one of the possible ways of reappropriation by other European spaces of works produced within the Hispanic imperial framework related to their American territories

This is a comment about the situation of the children without parental care, who live institutionalized in the Residential Care Centers, for long periods of time, because their processes of Tutelary Research are not solved. When the children and teenagers cannot return to a family environment, their rights are infringed, especially the right to live in a family environment that contributes to their protection, development and wellbeing. It is an analysis created out of a job experience, about the situation lived by many children, even since they are born, to whom the system usually does not prioritize the resolution for their legal situation.

In order to evaluate the forms of interaction in the main Instagramers from Peru and Colombia, an exploratory analysis of their profiles was carried out on the Instagram audiovisual platform during 2019. For this reason, firstly, the Heepsy tool was used to establish the influencers with greater impact within the platform in both countries and then, through the monitoring tools Fan Page Karma and Social Blade, to determine a set of variables and parameters regarding their interaction. The results show that the audience index is higher for Instagramers from Colombia than for the ones from Peru. In addition, there is a clear trend among digital audiences to value content through likes as a sign of interaction with it, but on the other hand, there is a representative decrease in expressing their impressions with words and comments regarding what they observe; this is also established by the...
