El presente trabajo de tesis de grado propone un plan estratégico para la empresa Best Buy que aplica solo para el mercado de los Estados Unidos (EE. UU.), teniendo como principal insumo el caso elaborado por Kellog School of Management titulado “Best Buy: Cómo Crear una Experiencia de Cliente Exitosa en el Sector de la Electrónica de Consumo”, el cual se sitúa a finales del año 2014. Dicho caso contextualiza el momento por el cual atraviesa el nuevo CEO de Best Buy, Hubert Joly, quien junto a su equipo directivo (Joly contaba con menos de dos años en el cargo), enfrentan una situación en la que los rendimientos financieros de Best Buy han ido disminuyendo, debido principalmente a una reducción en sus ventas.

As a part of the political reform promoted by the government of Matín Vizcarra, it was proposed the reform of Parliamentary Immunity, because it is an institutional prerogative criticized. Attending to the popular pressure, in july 2020 the Parliament approved in the first vote the removal of parliamentary immunity of the members of the parliament and other officials. To make effective the removal of parliamentary immunity it requires a second vote, that will take place in 2021. In that way, the purpose of this article is to analyze if the removal of this constitutional guarantee is the best decision for our constitutional democracy.

The success of a software product basically depends on catering for the users´ need. This implies, providing the product on time and within the estimated costs so as to fulfill the specified requirements and the users´ expectations. In this respect, it is necessary to have a strategy that allows to monitor the software product quality, and from this point onwards make the necessary adjustments with the sole objective of enhancing the final product. Taking this into consideration, this article proposes to involve the user during the whole life cycle process “Testing”, taking as a basis the ISO 9126 standard, with the ultimate aim of evaluating and upgrading the software quality, leading to the end users´ contentment.

Today, entrepreneurship is crucial for economic growth and innovation. Therefore, we seek to analyze the role of universities in fostering entrepreneurship and to learn about strategies and good practices to promote entrepreneurship among students. To this end, a multimodal systematic review was conducted. The results highlight that integrating entrepreneurship into the curriculum, providing financial support and access to resources, establishing incubators and co-working spaces, networking with industry and local entrepreneurial ecosystems, and offering mentoring and business advice are effective strategies to promote entrepreneurship among university students. En el presente trabajo de investigación se propone un plan estratégico para la empresa Best Buy para el periodo 2015 al 2017 sobre la base de la situación de la compañía al año 2014. Best Buy era la empresa líder en retail de electrónica de consumo en Estados Unidos, y venía perdiendo competitividad, lo que se reflejaba en un menor nivel de ventas y resultados financieros. Tomando como base el caso “Best Buy: Cómo crear una experiencia de cliente exitosa en el sector de la electrónica de consumo” (Goodman et al. 2019), se identificó que el mercado de retail de electrónica de consumo venía experimentado cambios significativos debido al desarrollo de nuevos hábitos de compra del consumidor y a la incursión cada vez más importante del comercio electrónico.

Assuming that the higher the impregnation of organizational culture, the greater degree of happiness among people of an organization are the results of an investigation that allowed linking people’s happiness, a psychosocial approach, with the implementation of organizational culture (meaning belonging and commitment). The following essay proposes to seek reflection on some difficulties that have been happening in the school and social sphere, such as mistreatment of students and teachers, technological harassment between schoolchildren, the absence of parental work or neglect emotional of gifted students, and this from data that speaks of a significant group of children with a school phobia. In addition, it emphasizes the role of education and teachers as agents of change to improve the situation and try to regain joy and hope in addition to going to learn at school, assist to properly link us and be happy. The work is divided into 5 points as sections: a. introduction; b. present problems; c. what we should promote; d. to bring out the best in us; e. conclusion: regaining hope.
