La identificación policial es uno de servicios fundamentales dentro de las organizaciones policiales a lo largo de su desarrollo institucional. En el Perú, esta función es llevada a cabo históricamente por las oficinas de criminalística de la policía peruana, en la actualidad, por la Dirección de Criminalística de la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP). El presente trabajo trata del caso de la destitución del autor de su puesto laboral de profesor nombrado del nivel secundaria e inhabilitación definitiva del servicio educativo mediante actos administrativos expedidos por la Dirección Regional de Educación de Madre de Dios en base a las leyes N° 29988 y 29944, tomando como motivo para la emisión de estos actos, la existencia de una sentencia de pena privativa de la libertad suspendida de 3 años e inhabilitación por el mismo periodo por delito de terrorismo cuando el autor aún no ejercía el profesorado. El caso se encuentra judicializado, habiéndose emitido sentencia de primera instancia declarando infundado la demanda y una vez apelado, la segunda instancia emitió sentencia declarando nulo lo actuado. This article discusses issues that are exposed in the theoretical framework of the thesis entitled The Specific Poetics of Childhood of Veloz Niño del Cielo, Veloz Niña del Alba, work presented to choose the master’s degree in Creative Writing. In the text, the objective is the definition of the concept “poetic” based on the meanings it adopts in literary studies (theoretical, prescriptive and creative) until arriving at the integral sense that will be attributed to it in the thesis: the unveiling of the creative process of the author from a critical reconstruction of that one by an interpretant and/or framed in the creator’s own voice. To clarify this concept, we first analyze the convergences between poetics, understood as an activity, and two sieves of meaning: the modern poetry and the post-avantgarde aesthetics.

This research has three aspects in relation to Education Innovation for the Sustainable Development: (i) changes in the philosophical, epistemological and didactic framework of education, (ii) the questioning of the new functions of the higher education and (iii) the evaluation and inclusion of an Andean Amazonian Cosmo vision and rationality in the University environment. The fatty acids trans form during the partial hydrogenation of oils, and is the present process that the national industrialist for the elaboration of the fat uses, for the elaboration of margarine. Studies have indicated problems in the health by the oil consumption with fatty acids trans, reason why it is required to have other alternatives of process that does not generate fatty acids trans, in the present investigation has considered as objective to obtain a greasy base for margarine without fatty acids trans, using the reaction of chemical interesterification for a mixture of oil of soya and palm, which was catalyzed with metóxido of sodium.
