El presente estudio tiene como objetivo investigar la mejora en la ejecución de los expedientes en obras públicas usando la gestión de riesgo. En cuanto al problema se ha identificado que las obras públicas tienen como problema común la sobredimensión de la obra, los plazos incumplidos, así como diversos problemas como el incumplimiento contractual y las obras paralizadas. Al respecto, se identifica que el 83% del fondo de inversión pública no se ha ejecutado por lo que las obras no han beneficiado a miles de pobladores en diversas zonas del Perú, razón por la cual se propone como objetivo Determinar en cuanto mejora la gestión de inversión al aplicar la gestión de riesgos en el Programa Subsectorial de Irrigaciones en el año 2022. This article will present evidence on the efficacy of the personal development program for elderly applied in a Geriatric Residential Center in Metropolitan Lima. The sample was comprised by 15 residents of both sexes whose age was between 65 to 87 years old. The Psychological wellbeing scale by Díaz, Rodríguez, Blanco, Moreno, Gallardo, Valle & Van Dierendonck was used as instrument (2006). The objective of the research was to evaluate the effectiveness of the educational program "Chabuca Granda en la Escuela" in the development of cultural identity in school adolescents from the San Martín de Porras district of Lima, Peru. A quantitative approach of quasi-experimental design was used, the sample was non-random of 52 students, belonging to the VI cycle of regular basic education at the secondary level. The sample was divided into a control and experimental group of 26 students. The Cultural Identity Scale pre-test was applied to both groups. La investigación tuvo como objetivo Comprobar que el programa de capacitación en las TIC mejora el manejo del paquete office de los docentes del IESTP “Alto Mayo”, provincia de Moyobamba, 2019, en donde el tipo de investigación es aplicada, con un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño pre experimental, las técnicas utilizadas fueron: la experimentación, observación y análisis de datos y el instrumento: Prueba sobre manejo del paquete office, se trabajó con una población y muestra 30 docentes, de los cuales 17 son varones y 13 son mujeres seleccionados con un muestreo no probabilístico.
