La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo, determinar en qué medida el Balance Scorecard mejora la gestión de construcción en Construcciones y Servicios Dieguito S.A.C. La investigación fue descriptiva aplicada, cuantitativa pre experimental. Como instrumentos se utilizaron Ficha de observación de gestión de proyecto de construcción y la Guía de implementación de BSC para proyectos de construcción ambos validados por expertos.
