Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic modified all aspects of life including the educational field, where higher education institutions implemented classes through digital platforms, in all areas of knowledge, including Law. Objective: To describe the assessment of law students regarding the virtual teaching-learning process and teaching innovation in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic in a higher education institution in northern Chile. This article reviews the methodology to process and analyze the Basic Corpus of Chilean Spanish © (in Spanish Corpus Básico del Español de Chile ©). It focuses on the criteria for ordering linguistic materials, segmentation and lemmatization, using a computer program developed ad hoc for this research and specially prepared to process and analyze Chilean Spanish.

With the social outbreak in Chile in October 2019, a series of demonstrations and citizen mobilizations of different sectors of society began, which promoted various requests for social claims and demands. It is from this event that, on November 12 of that year, a presidential speech was issued, through which three major agreements were proposed to overcome the crisis that was being experienced, and one of those agreements was the agreement for a new constitution.This promise gave rise to the formation of the Constitutional Convention, the body which, after a long and arduous period of work, has recently presented a new draft constitutional text, which will be accepted or rejected by means of a plebiscite to be held in September of this year. In this context, the purpose of the interview is to analyze and evaluate the most decisive aspects of the constitutional process.

Abstract: The International Convention on the Rights of the Child establishes their right to participate in all matters affecting them. Alongside, there is the widely studied phenomenon of secondary victimization (SV)in criminal justice. This article critically analyses the existence of SV in the context of family courts. In a qualitative study, the opinions of judges (n = 10), lawyers (n = 10) and children (n = 6) regarding child participation in family cases are explored. Social innovation is recognized by multilateral organizations as a way to cope creatively and collaboratively with social demands that are not satisfied, neither from the public nor from the private. This challenge requires management reliable relationship between actors with diverse and sometimes conflicting interests. In this sense, the social function of public relations (PR) can provide an important service to prevent resistance to social changes that involve innovation processes. The literature consulted shows that theorizations on social innovation, recommend cultivating relational capital and theories and models PR provide methods and techniques to reliably achieve said capital. The purpose of this article is to contribute to a better understanding of the most important literary trends in the Peruvian cultural scenery of the nineteenth century. Costumbrismo is assumed as the reaffi rmation of our national identity (our customs, our social and cultural reality) against the others (the Spaniards). However, in the following decades, during romanticism, Peruvian creoles and intellectuals did not attempt an approach to the others (that is, to the Andean population and the rural reality of the country). Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is considered a neurodevelopmental disorder, whose prevalence has increased in recent years, showing in some cases deficits in the cognitive area, with processing speed (PS) being one of the affected variables. Therefore, the present study aims to: 1) compare the scores obtained in relation to the PS variable between students aged 6 to 11 with ASD and their peers with neurotypical development in Metropolitan Lima; and 2) establish the PS profile of the included students with ASD. For this, 30 children aged 6 to 11 attending to regular basic education institutions (RBE) in Metropolitan Lima were sampled, 15 with neurotypical development and 15 included with ASD. Compost is a natural fertilizer that is obtained from the use of solid organic waste, limiting the environmental impact that it causes. The purpose of this investigation was to determine the influence of Mende and water in the pH stabilization, and the efficiency of the compost made from waste from green areas of the District of Tacna. A 3x3 multilevel factorial design was used. It was verified that a dose of 1.5 L of Mende and 33.5 L of water achieve a pH of 7.95 and a compost obtaining efficiency of 38.80 %. After laboratory analysis, it was determined that this compost managed to meet the internationally required parameters (temperature, organic matter, C/N ratio, humidity, total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium) in the EPA 40CFR 503, Mexico NTEA-006 – SMA-2006 and Chile Nch 2880 2004. The article analyzes the complex relationship between cultural selection of curriculum and the diverse nature of the societies in which it is inserted. From a qualitative approach, we analyze the teachers’ discourses of the Metropolitan Region about their representations on the political issues and the Politics and on the importance of curriculum and its possibilities for the attention to the diversity from the formation in citizenship. Results show the lack of problematization of diversity in this area. New contemporary phenomena such as valuing diversity require greater attention in the current processes of curriculum design for democratic coexistence.
