En el presente escrito, se afirma que la tesis sostenida en 1940 por el filósofo andaluz-argentino Francisco Romero Delgado (1891-1962), referida a lo que él denominó normalidad filosófica latinoamericana, fenómeno cultural acontecido en el proceso histórico de las ideas filosóficas en nuestra América Latina, es solo la perspectiva teórica asumida por su autor; y se la confronta brevemente con otras perspectivas que también pretenden explicar dicho proceso cultural. This study aims to design a virtual learning platform for the Francisco Pizarro Educational Unit, based on a Moodle pedagogical model that offers a variety of flexible tools and functions that make it easier for students to build their own knowledge, the methodology is a research with a focus quantitative based on empiricism, experience, observation and analysis of facts, the research design is quasi-experimental, the survey and questions were used for the pair of variables, 74 students participated. It is concluded that the Shapiro-Wilk test (n < 50); points out that in the pretest, both the control group and the experimental group obtain a sig. = 0.000. In Mexico, a high percentage of young people experience symptoms of generalized anxiety, which are associated with difficulties in executive functions (EF). However, previous studies have shown inconsistent results, as they often rely solely on either objective or subjective measures. Therefore, this study focused on analyzing the relationship between generalized anxiety and EF using both a neuropsychological battery and a self-report questionnaire, in order to provide a more comprehensive understanding of cognitive functioning in adolescents. El presente trabajo es un estudio descriptivo, transversal, observacional que se realizará en 80 adultos mayores adscritos en el Hospital Ricardo Cruzado Rivarola- Nasca, para ello se solicitara que llenen una ficha de datos personales y el consentimiento informado, luego se les realizara una evaluación del desempeño físico, utilizando el test (SPPB) evalúa : prueba de balance, velocidad de la marcha y prueba de fuerza (levantarse y sentarse 5 veces de una silla) usando un cronometro y dará un puntaje desempeño físico normal o desempeño físico nulo, y el test de Barthel con sus 2 dimensiones :autocuidado y movilidad, se utilizará para evaluar las actividades básicas. La presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar la relación entre la adherencia al tratamiento y funcionalidad en la familia en pacientes con tuberculosis en el Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo, Lima 2024. El método fue la investigación fue de tipo básico y un diseño no experimental, correlacional y transversal, se seleccionó una muestra de 300 pacientes. Los resultados mostraron que el 45% tuvo una funcionalidad familiar normal y tuvo adherencia al tratamiento; el 58% tuvo adherencia al tratamiento y el 48% tuvo una funcionalidad familiar normal. En conclusión, si existe relación significativa entre la adherencia al tratamiento y funcionalidad en la familia en pacientes con tuberculosis en el Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo, Lima 2024, ya que el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman fue de 0,726, con un p-valor de 0,00.
