The insolvency system in Peru, besides having a private nature, has a sui generis administrative nature governed by the Insolvency Law, hence being supervised by the Indecopi. It is so that the later and the Judicial Power have a constant relationship that, if not properly regulated and developed, can cause negative consequences and disincentives on privats.The author develops the aforementioned relationship through a historical account and, a development of the elements of its interaction. He focuses on the administrative litigation process and on its main basis, the right to effective judicial protection. On the other hand, it raises options of “temporary” solution to the determined challenges, due to the sui generis administrative nature of this system, to generate transparency and predictability in it.

Current methods focus on the aspects related to the lessons learned, feedback and information sharing, however many organizations do not establish feedback mechanisms for organizational learning with the lessons learned as a result of process deployment initiatives participation. This paper describes the steps in order to identify the lessons learned as a result to put in practice the processes. It also provides a practical analysis of lessons learned identified in software process deployment initiatives in order to improve the knowledge in the organizations.

Dramaturgs are often regarded as the first spectators of an artistic production; they are collaborators who watch over the creative process, providing a critical opinion to the rest of the creative team, and in turn, their work. In this light, the tasks they carry out during the creation process of an art piece contribute to observation, documentation, mediation, and research processes, in order to nurture creation. This essay explores the hopeful, though often frustrating, aspects of using artificial intelligence (AI) technology as a tool in service of the writer to co-create original texts. To do so, we carried out an experiment that aimed to achieve the manuscript of the first ten pages of a historical play, starting from a blank page, which I completed and titled Caracol. Through my exploration process, I navigated and tested the AI, seeking to define its possible role as a useful collaborator in the creative process. After much trial and error, I concluded that AI is a helpful asset that will be added to my tools, but with restricted and limited power. The aim of this paper is to trace the morphologization process that allowed the formation of a prefix from an adverb, both coinciding in the form no. In order to do this, we consider the theory of grammaticalization to analyze a corpus of 794 Spanish words with no-, gathered from different sources from the 13th to the 21st century. The results show the different stages of the change process in which the adverb expanded its contextual distribution, which allowed it to appear before nouns. In this context, the adverb acquires the typical characteristics of a negation prefix, with specific meaning nuances according to the type of noun base it attaches to: total negation for deverbal nouns (no inclusión, ‘non-inclusion’) or partial negation in the case of concrete nouns (no libro, ‘non-book’).

This paper evaluates the impact of Mexican trade and productive integration processes during the last 20 years. It finds evidence that growing per capita income in Mexico is directly related to its “trade opening”, but is inversely related to the growth of its manufacturing export industry. Specifically, for each point of growth in “trade opening” (as a proportion of GDP) per capita income grew by 0.22%; while each point of increase in the share of industrial exports reduced income per person by 0.09%. This study investigated how advertisers from the creation area of large advertising agencies perceive and characterize their creative process. Thirteen Brazilian professionals were interviewed using semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Results indicate that several stages of the creative process overlap, such as the incubation period of one job functioning as the preparation for the next. Motivating factors include pleasure of the act of creating, media visibility and its social reach. Limiting factors include the agencies’ excessive departmentalization, reduced deadlines, and the clients’ subjectivity influencing the advertisement approval.

The present work sought to determine the significant influence of the Inducers of Value Creation (ICV) in the Market Value of Own Capital (VMCP) of the agro-industrial companies that are part of the General Index of the Lima Stock Exchange (IGBVL): Alicorp, Casagrande and Pomalca, and propose a linear financial model that helps its executives to promote a culture of business management based on value creation. Brand co-creation is an increasingly ingrained consumer behavior and its effects on the purchasing process have become an object of study. However, the link between perceived brand value and co-creation is still little known. This study principally aims to delve into the relationship between perceived brand and the act of co-creation through eWOM, that is, consumers’ recommendations, comments, and participation on the Internet. The research implements a descriptive and explanatory cross-sectional study design through a sample of 1,521 consumers. Digital Image Processing (DIP) books teach algorithms to digitally operate on images and include some figures to show the effects of those mathematical tools. In this report the creation of Imagery, a Virtual Laboratory for computer-assisted education (teaching and learning) of DIP is reported. Imagery can be used in the classroom, in the laboratory or at home. This software was developed to be used as a DIP laboratory, allowing the user to experiment with DIP algorithms, enabling him to see their effects on his own images.
