In the present’s paper studying a strategy for a typo of convex problem, we treat a linear programming problem whose coefficient of decision variables in the objective function has a nonlinear behavior. When the coefficients are constant the Simplex Method solves these problems without much difficulty, but when the coefficients are no longer constant and the Simplex does not work. We propose a technique that exploits the convex behavior of these coefficients and uses the theory of approximation by piecewise linear functions.

The complexity in our programs increases along with the problems we deal with. A way of solving them is to repeat more than once the same structures, just like traditional or imperative programming accustomed us to. This article explores the relationships among C++ templates, generic programming and the ability to develop statistics computations and generation of codes. Several developers use languages of high level to developers use languages of high level to develop applications in scientific computation; and the mechanism of templates in C++ allows them to solve important problems in the design of libraries of class.

The task of elaborating accurate test suites for program testing can be an extensive computational work. Mutation testing is not immune to the problem of being a computational and time-consuming task so that it has found relief in the use of heuristic techniques. The use of Genetic Algorithms in mutation testing has proved to be useful for probing test suites, but it has mainly been enclosed only in the field of imperative programming paradigms. Therefore, we decided to test the feasibility of using Genetic Algorithms for performing mutation testing in functional programming environments. We tested our proposal by making a graph representations of four different functional programs and applied a Genetic Algorithm to generate a population of mutant programs. We found that it is possible to obtain a set of mutants that could find flaws in test suites in functional programming languages. Ad...

In this article it's saying that treatment of youth violence in our context is, generally, of diagnosis kind, except some applications in minor scale. But now we have a behavioural technology developed for this in other countries, with exitous proofs adapted and maked to our reality. The functional analysis implicated in this technology is embracing they antecedent, present and consequent dimensions of aggressive episode, for identification of risk factors and postulating the corrective actions. I suggest that behavioural programs are systematic interventions and they have solid empirical dales. They are powerful alternatives for integrating commentary strategies in conjunction with experts.

Objective. To determine the existing association between the application of the Rehabilitation Program (RP) and the Functional Performance (DF) of patients with Parkinson's disease at the Naval Medical Center “Cirujano Mayor Santiago Távara”. Methods: analytical, longitudinal, retrospective cohort study, in 18 months. With a sample of 46 patients,in two cohorts, Functional Performance was determined by dimensions of basic activities (Barthel indices), strength and endurance (SPPB) and gait speed. Five values or categories were used to determine dependency, frailty, and incoordination. Normality was determined using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and the Mann-Whitney U was used for statistical analysis, a significant value of p <0.05 was considered. Results: The mean age of patients was 79 +/- 3 years (range: 76-82) of the exposed cohort and 72 +/- 3 years (69-75) of the cohort not e...

The present work aims at developing the particular link that journalistic research programs establish with the reality represented with two modalities as starting points: commitment (complaint) and (surveillance) protection. These links are established from the characterization of a social cartography whose limits are framed in the relationship with certain subjects, spaces, and practices: those located on the margins and the conflict with law or social norms. A reflection on the functions which these operations build for television as a means: surveillance of context and modeling subjects and practices is also provided.

Background: The Antimicrobial Optimization Programs (PROA) in Health Institutions are a strategy implemented in various countries. The study: Our objective was to carry out an electronic survey in health establishments that have hospitalization services in Peru. Findings: One hundred seventy establishments (38.4%) responded to the survey between MINSA (90%), ESSALUD (4.2%), Armed Forces - PNP (2.9%) and Private (2.9%). Only 49 (28.8%) had PROA working within their institution. 83.7% had a Director Resolution that they supported in functions and 38.8% reported having a PROA activity plan. The most frequent problems identified are the lack of trained human resources (24.6%), the lack of training and technical assistance (13.1%) and the failure to prescribe antibiotics (11.5%). Conclusion: It is a priority to continue strengthening the PROA in hospitals in the short term with activities tha...

This article aims to propose a quantitative criterion to evaluate the feasibility of implementing solutions based on linear programming for solving the vehicle routing problem (VRP). An experimental design was used to measure the relative solution time with a proposed linear programming model. The sample was randomized employing three dispersion scenarios of the delivery points: poorly scattered, scattered and very scattered. A linear programming solver was used to determine the time and iterations necessary for solving the model. As a result, the solution time was found in terms of the number of delivery points and the number of iterations for the proposed scenarios, and the time required to solve the problem was predicted using the proposed model. The research concludes with a proposal of the number of viable points to be solved by linear programming.

The design of a control system in certain processes in the industry is the main problem for engineers. Since the input and output data of a certain process are obtained, we can know the response of the system, the same that allows us to study a model prototype and using the theory of nonlinear control the limit cycles are predicted, we can propose a function descriptive whose parameters will be necessary to implement the Neurocontroller that will be trained with the Back propagation algorithm. In our case, we address the design and implementation of a Neurocontroller in the LabVIEW graphical program environment under the supervision of the Simulation Toolkit. Our application is the control of a prototype physical system whose model can represent first and second order systems. The model of the process dynamics was obtained experimentally, for which the identification of parameters was ap...
