The present article demonstrates the historical bases previous to the success of alternative development in the region San Martín. It shows that anti-drug policy was unable to successfully function during the 1980s due to an absence of basic security conditions in the region. The ar- ticle’s main objective consists in presenting how the state managed to meet said security condi- tions. Thus, this article is divided into two periods of analysis. First, it focuses on the time period from 1980 to 1989 and shows how generalized state repression resulted counterproductive in the region because of strong subversive forces. Second, it presents the time period from 1989 to 1995 and demonstrates how the exercise of sequential period of focalized repression facilitated an environment to fight against drug trafficking. This master thesis is devoted to the state estimation of a particular form of PDE systems, coupled parabolic PDEs with spatial dependent coefficients. This form of PDEs represent some dynamic systems such as Tubular Reactors, Diffusion in lithium-ion cells and Diffusive Gradient in Thin Films sensor. Other methods for this problem use "Backstepping" observers, in which the estimation error system is transformed into another system that is stable, reducing the problem to calculate the Kernel functions making the transformation possible. In some cases this calculation is not simple, also the simulation in real time of the observer system, that is also a PDE, can be difficult. What is the basis of the crimes perpetrated by State officials (special delicts)? The answer to this question was not always important in the history of the penal doctrine, because only from the work of Claus Roxin was renewed the debate on this type of crimes. The different positions in discussion take their arguments back to the very same concept of a punishable act, whether it is understood as the injury of an interest or as the injury to the validity of the rule. Peru has not been a scenario alien to this debate, since the arguments of the various Supreme Court rulings in the proceedings against Fujimori give proof of this. Labor Law is called to solve and prevent arisingconflicts between employers and employees. In light of this, certain conflicts between the employer and a union, or his own employees, can be solved by an arbitration board.In that line, it is important to take into account the many existing differences between juridical labor arbitration and economic labor arbitration; the author, in the present article, arguments that those differences represent the fundamental reason why the first one does exercise jurisdictional function and the second one does not. On that basis, the author affirms that it’s possible to exercise diffuse control in economic labor arbitration.

The need to develop a BCI brain- computer interface system for the control of a robotic arm in Peru arises from the possibility of interconnecting the human nervous system with a robotic or mechatronic system, and using this concept to recover some motor function. Brain Computer Interface (BCI) is a communication system based on the recording of brain signals (EEG). The electroencephalogram is the basis and support of the BCI technology. It is a novel technology that allows human-machine interaction in a virtual or physical environment, through a communication channel between the central nervous system and a robotic device. One of the most important –and controversial– ways in which the legislator intervenes in standardized contracts (i.e., contracts with general contracting clauses and adhesion contracts) lies in the possibility for jurisdictional authorities to control their contractual content. This analysis examines the connection between internal control and public contracting in the regional government of Loreto in the period 2021 - 2023. Through a quantitative approach and a non-experimental correlational design, data collected from a group of 80 employees were evaluated, with the main objective of establishing the relationship between internal control and public contracting in the regional government of Loreto during the period 2021-2023. The findings show a direct and significant correlation between internal control and public procurement, with a Spearman coefficient of 0.846, and (p=0.000). In relation to the control environment and public contracting, it showed a still strong relationship (Rho=0.761, p=0.000), which suggests that internal control is appropriate and timely.
