The diagnostic process of respiratory diseases requires experience and skills to assess the different pathologies that patients may develop. Unfortunately, the lack of qualified radiologists is a global problem that limits respiratory diseases diagnosis. Therefore, it will be useful to have a tool that minimizes errors and workload, improves efficiency, and speeds up the diagnostic process in order to provide a better healthcare service to the community. Commonly the searching and identification of new particles, requires to reach highest efficiencies and purities as well. It demands to apply a chain of cuts that reject the background substantially. In most cases the processes to extract signal from the background is carried out by hand with some assistance of well designed and intelligent codes that save time and resources in high energy physics experiments. In this paper we present one application of the Mitchell’s criteria to extract efficiently beyond Standard Model signal events yielding an error of order of 1.22%. The usage of Machine Learning schemes appears to be advantageous when large volumes of data need to be scrutinized.

Las máquinas de control numérico por computadora (CNC) son componentes esenciales en la automatización industrial, especialmente en la manufactura. Operadas mediante lenguajes de programación especializados, estas máquinas ofrecen niveles de eficiencia, precisión y consistencia que superan al trabajo manual. Los modelos más avanzados utilizados en plantas y talleres incluyen fresadoras, tornos, enrutadores y cortadoras de plasma. The present research thesis has the purpose of serving as contribution to promote the development of the processing of alpaca fiber in Peru when raising as proposal the design of a semi-industrial machine for the process of alpaca fiber opening, which has part within the preoperational stage in the production of yarn from alpaca fiber. This machine has an expected capacity of 2 kg/h of open fiber with a loss of 5%, giving a capacity 10 times higher compared to the 200g/h produced manually at the artisan level. Research on the bibliographic review studies on collaborative learning at the university level published in the last five years, allows to verify an absence of systematic comparative analysis of explicit and exhaustive analytical criteria that enables ordering of the different contributions. Precisely, the objective of this work was to establish a referential analytical model that allows a clear systematization of the corpus of articles recovered in the period 2018-2022. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of virtual and hybrid teaching methods, leading to substantial changes in educational approaches. This study focused on evaluating the effect of mediating technologies on post-pandemic educational processes, emphasizing their essential role in enhancing interaction and cooperation between teachers and students. Although their relevance is evident, challenges persist in terms of access, quality, and evaluation of technological educational initiatives. To address these challenges, a comprehensive literature review was conducted, examining 26 international academic studies published in the last five years.
