Objetivo: El presente trabajo de investigacion trata de desarrollar el proyecto arquitectónico “Conjunto habitacional con tecnologías bioclimáticas” en el distrito de Calana para disminuir el déficit de vivienda en el departamento de Tacna provocando un mínimo impacto ambiental en el lugar. Método: Se ha requerido de la aplicación del tipo de investigación descriptiva y explicativa. Para este caso se requiere, además, de los métodos estadísticos ya que determinará cómo proceder con la propuesta arquitectónica. Resultados: Se propone un proyecto arquitectónico que no solo solucione el déficit de vivienda, sino otorgue espacios de calidad generando un impacto mínimo en el entorno y medio ambiente con el correcto uso de las tecnologías bioclimáticas que permitan aprovechar los recursos naturales. Luego de muchos años se realiza un Censo Económico en el Perú, con el efecto de volver a contar con información especializada sobre el sector económico productivo manufacturero. En el análisis realizado se aprecia que la estructura de producción manufacturera está especialmente orientada al mercado interno, y con mínimo desarrollo del sector de bienes de capital. Un sector manufacturero que ubica al Perú como productor de bienes manufactureros no transables a pesar que diversos gobiernos han suscrito varios Tratados de Libre Comercio con diversos países o grupos económicos del mundo. La manufactura peruana es simple y propia de países en extremo atrasados en la producción de bienes con cierto grado de desarrollo tecnológico.

After many years there is an economic census in Peru, with the effect of having again specialized information on the manufacturing productive economic sector. Algunos medios de pago hoy en día se han transformado a medios digitales otorgando una variedad de opciones que ofrecen una mejor experiencia de usuario. En este sentido, la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la tendencia de la utilización de medios de pago distintos al efectivo, cajeros y banca virtual, 2013 – 2021, con un enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica, nivel descriptivo, diseño no experimental y de corte longitudinal, utilizando información del Banco Central de Reserva del Perú. Nowadays, some means of payment have been transformed to digital means, granting a variety of options that offer a better user experience. In this sense, the goal of the present research was analyze the trend of the use of payment methods other than cash, ATMs and virtual banking, 2013 - 2021, with a quantitative approach, basic type, descriptive level, non-experimental design and longitudinal court, using information from the Banco Central de Reserva del Perú. The results determined that there is a growing and significant trend in the use of virtual banking and that with the arrival of Covid-19, personal and business transactions were adapted to the use of technology. In the same way, transfers and debit cards have had a growing behavior, the use of ATMs has had a minimal growth and the use of checks, as a means of payment different to cash, has had a decreasing trend.
