Este estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre funcionamiento familiar y comunicación familiar en los pobladores del Asentamiento Humano La Restinga - Manantay, 2022. Para ello, se basó en un enfoque de estudio cuantitativo, tipo básico y diseño transversal correlacional; a efectos de la muestra, se tuvieron a 120 pobladores, a quienes se administró la Escala de evaluación de la cohesión y adaptabilidad familiar (FACES III) y la escala de comunicación familiar (FCS), ambos instrumentos creados por Olson y colaboradores. Obtiene información sobre la diversidad de los escarabajos peloteros (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae, Scarabaeinae) en un bosque de llanura meándrica en Loreto. Se establecieron dos sitios de muestreo (restinga baja y restinga joven), los que fueron evaluados tanto en época húmeda como en época seca; para ello se empleó un total de 320 trampas de caída cebadas. Los resultados muestran un total de 19 293 especímenes pertenecientes a 39 especies y seis tribus de Scarabaeinae. Según el modelo lineal generalizado (GLM), la riqueza específica no mostró una diferencia significativa entre los periodos de estudio, lo que se explica por la poca variación estacional del recurso alimenticio. El presente informe de tesis tiene como objetivo principal valorar económicamente el servicio ecosistémico de almacenamiento y secuestro de carbono según los usos y coberturas del suelo mediante el uso de fotogrametría, teledetección y SIG en el Fundo Estancia – región San Martín. Para cumplir con los objetivos de la presente investigación fue necesario aplicar una metodología que pudiera ser llevada a cabo con los insumos disponibles. This academic article focuses its research on the legal figure of expropriation, the nature of the title with inscribable vocation, the registry qualification and its inscription as such in the land registry, all within the framework of Legislative Decree No. 1192. The main objective is to analyze and/or criticize the legal norm for establishing limits to the registry qualification, imposing to the registry instances the practice of the registration entry, since by mandate of this decree, they are forbidden to negatively qualify the title of an expropriation, having to be qualified as if it were a judicial mandate, even though, the title of an expropriation is of an administrative nature and should be treated given its particularities from the precedent of mandatory observance that established three years before the enactment of Legislative Decree 1192° the scope and limits of the regis...

Se determinó el nivel de provisión de los servicios ecosistémicos de los bosques de Polylepis del Área de Conservación Privada Uchumiri utilizando modelos biofísicos InVEST en un entorno de sistema de información geográfica, con datos obtenidos de la ONG AEDES, el PZEE - OT de la Región Arequipa, SENAMHI, sensores remotos (ASTER GDEM y LANDSAT 8) y estudios de campo, Se determinaron dos servicios ecosistémicos finales (la retención de sedimentos y el almacenamiento de carbono) y un servicio ecosistémico intermedio (la conservación de la avifauna), Los bosques retienen un total de 166 millones de toneladas de sedimentos a! año, lo que representa una retención del 70% de sedimentos totales.
