The purpose of this article is to inform the community in general about the tourist and cultural attraction of the Casa Hacienda Shismay, after the recovery, enhancement and new cultural use of this architectural work, declared by the National Institute of Culture (Ministry of Culture of Peru) as a historic monument, belonging to the cultural heritage of the nation on July 9, 2008, by National Directorial Resolution N˚ 942/INC. The Casa Hacienda Shismay is located in the San Sebastian de Shismay Village Center, district of Amarilis, province and region of Huanuco, 17 km from the city of Huanuco. This investigation is framed on a bibliographical research about the heritage architecture of the Región de los Ríos, a valorization project, organized by the Dirección de Arquitectura of the Ministerio de Obras Públicas, which had as its final objective the compilation and charting of all the elements of tangible and intangible heritage content, related to the territory, during the years 2009 -2010. Part of this investigation gives light on a sequence of associative events, also called cultural heritage, on the historical construction in the south of Chile, and which in general it is dissociated with the other cultural groups which occupied the territory, Mapuche-Williche, Spanish and German.This research intends to give lights on this multicultural evolution of architecture, based on an specific ecosystem and adapted to a terrestrial dynamic such as earthquakes and tsunamis. Heritage properties gain relevance every day due to the history and culture they treasure. Currently, a large part of the built heritage presents serious problems of deterioration, mainly in housing. The objective of this research is to identify the main deficiencies that exist in the legal regulation for the conservation of heritage homes in Cuban administrative legislation. The study is based on the analysis and synthesis method and qualitative technical (interviews, surveys and scientific observation). Revealing as results the main deficiencies that exist in the Cuban legal regulation for the conservation of heritage housing and thus facilitate the actions of legal operators. This paper presents an analysis of the potential of the city of San Cristobal de Las Casas and the Altos de Chiapas region to take advantage of the various resources and creative inputs derived from its rich cultural tradition as motivator of economic development. Part of the analysis included here is derived from the application project the city has promoted since 2013 in order to join the UNESCO Creative Cities Network of Craft and Folk Art. In 2015 the city became the first in Mexico to join this network. This is an unprecedented challenge for Mexico and highlights the opportunity to use its creativity to generate substantial changes in the quality of life of its inhabitants using its own resources in a sustainable way.

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es dar a conocer la razón principal de la innovación es hacernos la vida más sencilla y qué mejor manera de aplicarla en nuestro propio hogar. Es cierto que parte importante del crecimiento tanto personal como profesional implica poder conocer otras partes del mundo, sus costumbres y culturas; sin embargo, en el ámbito académico se hace preciso traer todas esas cualidades para formar profesionales aptos con pensamiento crítico e innovador que incorpore una visión global. El presente proyecto Estación CasaRosa representaría un bar exclusivo "gay friendly" en el distrito de Barranco, Lima. El concepto no solamente se basa en la inclusión de la población LGTB, sino también en implementar dos espacios, uno donde se pueda disfrutar tranquilamente de unos tragos, y otro, donde haya música más movida y poder bailar. También contaremos con temáticas por días, como noche black and white, noche de antifaces, noche de disfraces, entre otras. El objetivo es ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad, que satisfaga las necesidades de nuestro público objetivo y que cubra la demanda en la capital.

En este trabajo hablaremos sobre la cadena hotelera 'Casa Andina' y más en profundidad sobre una de sus marcas: Casa Andina Premium. En el primer capítulo, nos centramos en el recorrido profesional del bachiller con el fin de alcanzar las metas trazadas y así alcanzar los objetivos finales del rendimiento de la carrera de ingeniería civil. Además, mostraremos la experiencia profesional y la optimización en la formación de capacidades y competencias del graduado, que cada año se renovara conforme a las innovaciones tecnológicas. Por lo tanto, el segundo capítulo consta netamente del proyecto "Las Casas de Huarán" en el Valle Sagrado, Cusco, se centra en la construcción de ocho casas ecosostenibles que reflejan un enfoque moderno y consciente de la construcción en el sector inmobiliario. En el contexto de una creciente demanda por proyectos sostenibles, este modelo de construcción busca reducir la repercusión ambiental y la gestión eficiente de los insumos.

RESUMEN La ciudad de Lima cuenta con un importante patrimonio construido en tierra. Dentro de este patrimonio, hay que destacar la vivienda colonial limeña como ejemplo representativo de la utilización de las técnicas constructivas del adobe y la quincha. El presente trabajo de investigación es un caso que expone las situaciones que genera una reinserción laboral en una empresa cuando la persona a relevar es un amigo y este seguirá trabajando en la misma empresa.
