Objectives: To determine cost-effectiveness in homologous intrauterine insemination (IUI) outcomes in women 38 years or older in a human reproduction unit and compare results with those of women of similar age treated with complex assisted reproduction technology as published by the Latin American Assisted Reproductive Registry (RedLara) 2009. In this essay, I analyze the science fiction narrative of the film District 9 as a dismantling device for the biopolitical strategies of contemporary liberal democracy. While obscenely legitimizing the utilitarian, post-colonial, and violent characteristics of its forms of representation and subjectivation, the film shows how this global order also sediments epistemic dogmas and regimes of truth, camouflaged through its multicultural recognition policies. As a counterpart, I identify the empathetic relation of the protagonists, and their seek for other possible bonds between the various human and non-human manifestations, making their conditions of possibility visible in the fictions of encounter that the narrative poses to spectators performative imitation. This paper explores the reasons embedded in the original architecture of both the international trade and monetary regimes that determined different outcomes for both. It proposes that the original version of the Bretton Woods monetary regime showed faster its essential failures and basically had to be replaced as early as 1971, while the trade regime embodied in the GATT and later in the WTO managed to at least survive until present day. It posits that correspondence (or the lack of it) of the basic characteristics of the said regimes with the underlying political reality where the regimes would apply (in line with Ruggie´s depiction of «embedded liberalism») accounts for the differentiated outcomes. La preocupación por el empleo durante en la educación secundaria se genera porque reduce el tiempo efectivo que el estudiante puede dedicarle al estudio y, en consecuencia, aumenta las probabilidades de que abandone su educación. Sin embargo, el empleo moderado en intensidad o en cantidad podría tener un efecto contrario o ser indiferente. Los estudios previos también sugieren que el ambiente laboral podría transmitir valores que le son útiles a los estudiantes en su ambiente educativo y aspiraciones a una carrera profesional. Sin embargo, los hechos estilizados de la ENAHO 2019 y la quinta ronda de Niños del Milenio sugieren un efecto positivo. Por tal motivo, este trabajo de investigación plantea las bases para la búsqueda del efecto del empleo durante la educación secundaria en la probabilidad de abandono escolar en Perú.

El presente trabajo de investigación de tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar la efectividad del principio de oportunidad aplicado en el delito de conducción en estado de ebriedad (San Juan de Lurigancho-2021). Por tanto, el enfoque de la investigación es cualitativa, en este sentido se utilizó el diseño de investigación es de teoría informada. La población estuvo constituida por ocho fiscales conocedores de la materia penal pertenecientes al Ministerio Publico. The açaí fruit (Euterpe oleracea) is renowned for its high content of bioactive compounds, particularly anthocyanins, but its low stability against pH, temperature, and light poses challenges for processing and preservation. This study evaluated the antioxidant capacity of anthocyanins extracted and microencapsulated by spray drying, using a combination of maltodextrin and gum arabic as encapsulating agents. During extraction, four treatments were analyzed by combining two pH levels (2 and 4) and two temperatures (45 °C and 65 °C). Treatment T1 (pH 2, 45 °C) showed the highest DPPH radical inhibition percentage (39.86%), while T4 (pH 4, 65 °C) showed the lowest (9.19%). Acute hepatopancreatic necrosis disease (AHPND) is a newly emerging disease of penaeid shrimps caused by a unique strain of Vibrio species that carries a plasmid harboring PirABVp-binary toxin gene. Since the first outbreak in 2009, the diseases have been reported in a number of countries in Asia, America, and Latin America. In the present study, we obtained 51 bacterial isolates recovered from five AHPND suspected shrimp farms in South America for PCR diagnosis using AP4 nested PCR method. There were 3/51 isolates (34, 36 and 43) from two farms which tested positive by AP4 primers targeting PirABVp toxin genes. The detection results were also confirmed by duplex pirABVp PCR assay. La presente investigación propuso como objetivo principal evaluar las buenas prácticas de prescripción en recetas médicas atendidas en el centro de salud de Caminaca – Azángaro, 2025; la metodología fue de tipo básico, nivel descriptivo y diseño no experimental; la muestra estuvo conformada por 427 recetas médicas. Los resultados, en cuanto a las buenas prácticas de prescripción en relación con los datos del paciente, el 87.88 % de las recetas cumplía con los criterios establecidos, mientras que el 12.12 % no los cumplía. En los datos del medicamento el 67.83 % de las recetas cumplía con lo establecido, mientras que el 32.17 % no las cumplía. COVID-19 has appeared without warning, infecting millions of people worldwide, leading to thousands of deaths and has overcome many countries’ health-care systems.While new future pandemics are predictable, their expansion and impact might be avoided through increasing research to identify and fight infections in low- and middle-income countries, improving countermeasures as a result. While these efforts may not be enough, there is a roadmap to achieve greater understanding of neglected diseases of epidemic or pandemic potential.
