El Perú es una economía que responde a una demanda mixta de monedas: por un lado, encontramos a un grupo importante de peruanos que demandan soles como fuente de ingreso para sus gastos corrientes así como para el pago de sus obligaciones financieras; y, por el otro lado, también existe otra masa importante de habitantes que demanda dólares, ya sea como fuente de ahorro frente a cualquier eventualidad o ganancia futura o como para el pago de sus obligaciones financieras (sobre todo a mediano y largo plazo). Multiple studies address the state in Colombia as a special case in Latin America, among many reasons, due to the particular coexistence of a long and apparently stable democracy accompany with prolonged periods of armed violence and regional marginality. For the Colombian case, Luis Jorge Garay has been a key author in the use of the notion of Capture of the State while others, like Fernán González, propose contrary readings that try to approach the question from concepts such as differentiated Presence of the State and hybrid Governance. The present research gathers these discussions, opting preferably for the second author in mention, to give a general perspective of the hybridity and the own forms of governability in regions where the state is, first of all, another player in the constant disputes of power.As a basis for these discussions, the research takes Catatumbo as a case, a ...

La investigación desarrollada tuvo como propósito general determinar el índice del uso de papel por estudiante en la Universidad Nacional Hermilio Valdizan en el año 2011, ya que a la fecha no existía información al respecto y era necesario contar con ella, puesto que constituye de muchísima importancia en nuestros tiempos como un instrumento de gestión ambiental. Para el desarrollo se determinó una muestra a partir de la población estudiantil inscrita en el año académico 2011; el muestreo dio como resultado submuestras que estaban constituidas en función a la cantidad de estudiantes de cada Escuela Académica Profesional de la sede principal de la Universidad. This research study was development by a research group which approached to determinate the index paper usage per student of the Universidad National Hermilio Valdizan during 2011, due to the lack of information about this issue and the importance such information due to its value as a environmental manage tool. For that development it was necessary to determinate a sample from the student population registered during 2011; the sampling resulted in a set of subsamples which were represent by the function of the quantity of students represented from every professional academic school in the academic headquarters of the university. Este trabajo pretende mostrar las acciones de comunicación realizadas por el Equipo de Comunicación Institucional de Sedapal durante la emergencia que se produjo como consecuencia de la caída de una serie de huaicos en la ciudad de Lima, una situación meteorológica que no presentaba hace 40 años en la capital del país, causando daños en diversas áreas y comprometiendo el suministro de agua potable, luego de que fueran afectadas las infraestructuras hidráulicas administradas por la empresa y que cumplen la función de potabilizar y distribuir el recurso hídrico a más de 10 millones de habitantes de Lima y Callao.

El objetivo de la investigación es estudiar la protección del bien jurídico y la penalización de las relaciones sexuales. La ciudadanía considera: a) ninguna capacidad para disponerla, 54.69%; b) ninguna conciencia del acto a realizar, 75.52%; y, c) ninguna capacidad de rechazar, 44.01%. Los hechos en la sociedad:la tercera parte de la población conoce casos que han ocurrido en mujeres que resultaron embarazadas, de las cuales: el 22.14% no conviven;el 9.11% mantienen una convivencia. De otro lado, el 53.91% considera que sí le otorga alguna capacidad de expresar su consentimiento; y, el 10.68% mucha capacidad.
