This research paper analyzes the Bolivian media coverage of the presidential runoff of the 2021 General Elections in Peru, in which the candidates participated: Pedro Castillo and Keiko Fujimori. The main objective was to study the frames that El Diario and La Razón used in the journalistic articles of their web portals. Likewise, we identified the digital space given to the publications and recognized the profiles that the foreign press built around each candidate. From a mixed approach, we analyzed metrics and used qualitative tools to examine the use of level and generic framing. To do so, we focused on the media with the highest readership in La Paz and analyzed 34 web articles that were published between April 12 and June 6, 2021. The selective power of digital audiences, fragmented and multiplatform, produces a discrepancy between what the media offer as most relevant in their agenda and what the public prefers to consume or share. A ‘news coverage gap’ that is analysed in this paper applied to the case of the Ukrainian war in the international press. For this purpose, the news highlighted on the frong page, the most read by the web audience and the most shared by Twitter/X users of the digital editions of El País (Spain), Público (Portugal), The Guardian (UK) and The New York Times (US) is collected for four weeks of 2022. El presente documento busca sistematizar mi experiencia profesional como periodista en el Semanario en español “International Press”. Este Semanario es hasta ahora el único periódico en español que ha sido publicado en el Japón y tuvo su oficina principal en Tokio hasta su cierre, a finales del 2010. Esta memoria profesional busca caracterizar a este Semanario como un “medio étnico”, y a partir de ello, analizar los aprendizajes particulares durante mi desempeño en la redacción de International Press.

Let F be a singular codimension one holomorphic foliation on a compact complex manifold X of dimension at least three such that its singular set has codimension at least two. In this paper, we determine Lehmann-Suwa residues of F as multiples of complex numbers by integration currents along irreducible complex subvarieties of X. We then prove a formula that determines the Baum-Bott residue of simple almost Liouvillian foliations of codimension one, in terms of Lehmann- Suwa residues, generalizing a result of Marco Brunella. As an application, we give sufficient conditions for the existence of dicritical singularities of a singular real-analytic Levi-flat hypersurface M ⊂ X tangent to F. © 2020 International Press

In this research we intend to do a study of the metaphorical expressions heard and created in the environment of politicians and diplomats, following the events of September 11, 2001 (11- S), whose responsibility fell on the group Al-Qaeda terrorist. The theoretical model used is that of cognitive semantics developed by George Lakoff and Mark Johnson (1980, 1995, 1999, 2001, 2004), Lakoff and Turner (1989), Lakoff (1993.1996), Turner and Fauconnier (1995) . This model is ideal for reconstructing the conceptual schemes underlying metaphors or schematic images, created from the interaction between the human mind, body and perceptual-sensory experience or understanding of the world, through the mechanism of categorization.
