El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue la Comuna de París y la búsqueda de la libertad. Contexto Económico, social, político e ideológico. 72 días de sueño libertario (18 marzo – 28 mayo 1871) es un trabajo que bajo el enfoque histórico realiza un análisis de los acontecimientos mediatos a dicha revolución, tales como la Revolución Francesa, la Revolución de 1830 y la de 1848, así como los antecedentes inmediatos, tales como la Guerra franco-prusiana. Climate negotiations under the UNFCCC head this year towards the Paris deadline to adopta new legally-binding and universal agreement. This article summarizes the outcomes from the Lima Conference (December 2014), which laid the grounds for negotiations this year, and identifies the most sensible political issues currently addressed by this complex process. It also highlights some objectives and priorities of the Peruvian Presidency of COP20.

Regardless of the difficult scenario facing the Paris Agreement with the recent withdrawal of the US, Peru will continue to comply with its international obligations and consolidating its national policies and frameworks related to climate change. Although Peru entered the international negotiation process late – basically from COP 20 onwards- it has had a decisive participation and influence in its outcome, the Paris Accord. Pero has for over a decade, been developing a robust internal architecture of norms and institutions, to launch the country towards a greener economy. With the difficulties that this means for a developing country like Peru, the future leads inevitably to the search of clean and environmentally friendly and sustainable economies.

Este ensayo analiza la representación del exilio latinoamericano en Guía triste de París de Alfredo Bryce Echenique, explorando las complejidades de la identidad en la diáspora. A través de un enfoque crítico basado en los conceptos de Edward Said sobre el exilio y la crítica decolonial de Walter Mignolo, se examina cómo los personajes peruanos y latinoamericanos de la obra enfrentan las barreras sociales, raciales y culturales en su intento por encontrar su lugar en la Ciudad Luz. La narrativa de Bryce revela la dualidad entre el ideal cosmopolita de París y la realidad alienante que viven los inmigrantes, destacando el uso del humor, la ironía y el machismo como herramientas para desvelar las luchas internas y las desilusiones de sus personajes.

The objective of this article is to study and present the official architectural images of the new Latin American nations through their pavilions. Two exhibitions in Paris have been taken as the scene of political representation, but with a very different character. While the Universal Exhibition of 1867 had a monarchical and imperial vision, the Universal Ex- hibition of 1889 housed a republican spirit, coinciding with the centenary of the French Revolution.

Informa sobre la exposición de Técnica Social organizada por el grupo Solidarité de París, que se realizó en el edificio de la antigua Maison de France, en la avenida de Los Campos Eliseos, entre el 2 y el 16 de febrero de 1939.
