This paper analyzes the conceptions about the university-environment relationship held by officials in charge of university extension and outreach at two Argentine universities, Universidad Nacional de Quilmes (UNQ) and Universidad Nacional de Lanús (UNLA). Drawing on documentary analysis and interviews, we show that the conceptions and actions of officials at UNLA correspond more closely to the «engaged» modality, orientated towards social and cultural dimensions in terms of the curriculum and the type of linkages and cooperation activities. Meanwhile, at UNQ, officials’ conceptions are located somewhere between «engagement» and «detachment,» valuing an educational offer and research groups focused on the production of knowledge in areas of international scope but with some transfer and extension activities in the local production environment.

During the last twenty years, public policies for neighborhood improvement have been developed in the region with the purpose of urbanizing precarious settlements. However, these interventions have affected a relevant mass of inhabitants to fully develop their right to the city. El trabajo analiza las concepciones que los funcionarios de vinculación y extensión universitaria tienen sobre la relación universidad-entorno en los casos de las universidades nacionales de Quilmes y Lanús. The debate on public policies and regulations for digital platforms constitutes an urgent topic for communication sciences. This article aims to provide a theoretical-analytical approach to emerging dimensions in research on communication policies in platform capitalism in Latin America. The work is part of a critical approach to the political economy of communication, offers a state of the art and includes a bibliographic systematization of the main debates on the State, big tech and public policies. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo estimar la erosividad en la ciudad de Juliaca. En este sentido se seleccionó una metodología para el cálculo del factor de la erosividad de la lluvia (R) utilizando como base el modelo USLE (Universal Soil Loss Equation), que corresponde a un parámetro determinante de la erosión hídrica. Se analizaron 4 años desde junio del 2013 a junio del 2017. Según los resultados la erosividad, factor R, tiene un valor anual de 100.76MJ.ha-1 mm., para el 2013. en el 2014 se obtuvo un valor de 6928.51MJ.ha-1 mm., en el 2015 un valor de 1945.81MJ.ha-1 mm., en el 2016 un valor de 371309.16MJ.ha-1 mm. y en el 2017 se obtuvo un valor de 693560583.47MJ.ha-1 mm.. La reforma de la Ley 30021 de Promoción de la Alimentación Saludable relacionada con el etiquetado de alimentos y bebidas procesados ha suscitado una gran polémica en el Congreso de la República del Perú, dado que busca fusionar el sistema de etiquetado semáforo con el sistema de etiquetado octagonal, lo cual traería como consecuencia confusión en el consumidor al momento de adquirir un producto, teniendo en cuenta que el 5,7% de la población peruana es analfabeta.
