description Objetivo: Determinar la relación del nivel de conocimiento sobre la vacunación con el cumplimiento de la inmunización infantil entre madres de niños menores de 5 años en el Centro Materno Infantil San Genaro Chorrillos. Material y métodos: El trabajo tiene enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño metodológico es descriptivo y de corte transversal. La investigación se realizó en el Centro Materno Infantil San Genaro Chorrillos, Lima 2022. Para la muestra se utilizó el tipo no probabilístico donde acudieron a control un total de 90 madres de niños menores de 5 años, siendo ello la población estimada con criterios de inclusión y exclusión.
