description Objetivo: determinar la relación que existe entre comunicación terapéutica de la enfermera y adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes con VIH, en un centro de salud, Lima 2024. Metodología: el estudio será cuantitativo de enfoque hipotético deductivo aplicado. Diseño: descriptivo, no experimental y de alcance correlacional de corte transversal. Muestra: estará conformada por una población total de 320 pacientes continuadores en tratamiento antirretroviral y una muestra de 175 pacientes, con muestreo por conglomerado. Se utilizará la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento será el cuestionario escala de tipo Likert para la variable comunicación terapéutica y el cuestionario “SMAQ” modificado por las autoras Lorena Castillo y Ana Saldaña en el año 2020 para la variable adherencia al tratamiento; los cuales fueron validados y confiables para medir la población objetivo y las variables en cuestión. Los datos recolectados serán procesados en SPSS 25 y las hipótesis se probarán usando la prueba estadística del coeficiente de correlación de Spearman dado la naturaleza cuantitativa de las variables.
