Esta investigación busca determinar la influencia de la administración del capital de trabajo en la rentabilidad de la empresa ILLAPA TELECOMUNICACIONES S.A.C. producto de la administración del capital de trabajo, así como identificar las acciones tomadas y explicar la incidencia en la rentabilidad luego de ocurrida la administración del capital de trabajo. El tipo de estudio que se realizo fue no experimental – transversal analizando variables cuantitativas. La administración de capital de trabajo se abarco a través de 3 dimensiones: Inventario, cuentas por cobrar, cuentas por pagar. Se trabajo con una encuesta como instrumento que se aplicó al gerente general, la contadora, el asistente administrativo y el encargado de almacén; a la vez se hizo un análisis documental de los estados financieros haciendo uso de los ratios para medir la influencia de las dimensiones en el capital de trabajo y los resultados en la rentabilidad. La conclusión general de la investigación es que la administración de capital de trabajo influye en la rentabilidad de la empresa ILLAPA TELECOMUNICACIONES S.A.C. a través de la administración de sus cuentas por cobrar, inventario y cuentas por pagar. |

The type of study that was carried out was not experimental - transversal, analyzing quantitative variables. The management of working capital was covered through 3 dimensions: Inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable. A survey was used as an instrument that was applied to the general manager, the accountant, the administrative assistant and the warehouse manager; At the same time, a documentary analysis of the financial statements was made using the ratios to measure the influence of the dimensions in the working capital and the results in the profitability.
