Estudio de la gestión por procesos según los requerimientos de la norma ISO 9001:2015 para la empresa Merfrut S.R.L de Lima-Perú en el periodo 2018

El desarrollo del presente trabajo pretende realizar un estudio de la gestión por procesos según los los requerimientos de la norma ISO 9001:2015 para la empresa Merfrut S.R.L, lo cual le permita establecer su organización basada en procesos, y que a mediano plazo, pueda implementarse y llegar a obtener una certificación de la calidad, haciendo que la organización se enfoque en la satisfacción de las necesidades de los clientes y en la mejora continua para poder mantenerse en el negocio de la distribución de productos y posiblemente incursionar en el mercado internacional. En el capítulo uno denominado Introducción, se detalla la realidad problemática de la empresa en estudio Merfrut, el planteamiento del problema, la justificación y el objetivo de elaborar un diseño de sistema de gestión de calidad, así como los alcances y limitaciones del presente trabajo. En el capítulo dos se exhiben las principales bases teóricas que dan sustento al trabajo desplegado, donde se tocan temas como los procesos, los cuales representan uno de los pilares importantes en cuanto al funcionamiento del SGC. Asimismo, también podremos observar los antecedentes que sirvieron como referencia o guía de esta tesis, rescatando sus principales aportes para mi investigación; también se detalla aquí por qué la investigación no presenta hipótesis. La descripción general de la empresa también está incluida en este capítulo, donde se señalan sus principales áreas y su estructura. El Marco Metodológico se encuentra en el capítulo tres, y ahí se establece la metodología que se utilizará para el logro de los objetivos planteados en esta investigación, así mismo, se determinan los instrumentos necesarios para llevarla a cabo, sin dejar de mencionar la unidad de estudio, la población y la muestra de aplicación. En el capítulo cuatro se muestran los resultados de la presente tesis, donde podremos observar el nivel de cumplimiento de los procesos de Merfrut después de haber utilizado la ficha de verificación, el instrumento utilizado para esta investigación. Asimismo, se presenta también el diagnóstico situacional global frente a los requerimientos de la norma ISO 9001:2015. Por último, se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones derivadas del estudio, así como las posibles mejoras a aplicar. ABSTRACT The development of the present work intends to carry out a study of the management by processes according to the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard for the company Merfrut SRL, which allows it to establish an organization based on processes, and that in the medium term, can be implemented and get to obtain a quality certification, making the organization focus on satisfying the needs of customers and continuous improvement to be able to stay in the business of product distribution. In chapter one called Introduction, the problematic reality of the company under study Merfrut is detailed, the approach of the problem, the justification and the objective of developing a design of quality management system, as well as the scope and limitations of this work. Chapter two shows the main theoretical bases that sustain the work deployed, where issues such as processes are addressed, which represent one of the important pillars in terms of the functioning of the SGC. Also, we can also observe the background that served as a reference or guide to this thesis, rescuing their main contributions to my research; It is also detailed here why the research does not present hypothesis. The general description of the company is also included in this chapter, where its main areas and structure are indicated. The Methodological Framework is found in chapter three, and it establishes the methodology that will be used to achieve the objectives set out in this research, as well as determining the instruments necessary to carry it out, not to mention the unit of study, the population and the application sample. In chapter four the results of this thesis are shown, where we can observe the level of compliance of Merfrut processes after having used the verification form, the instrument used for this investigation. Likewise, the global situational diagnosis is presented in front of the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations derived from the study are presented, as well as the possible improvements to be applied.
