description La presente investigación busca responder a la pregunta ¿Cuál es la relación entre sistema de compensación salarial y desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la empresa Servicios Generales Tecno Sanpf Perú SRL – Cajamarca 2019? -Cajamarca 2019”. De la información recolectada se deduce que las empresas en la actualidad lejos de compensar el buen desempeño laboral, solo se centran en estrategias para salir adelante, olvidándose de crear estrategias de compensación para sus colaboradores, sabiendo que esto una debilidad grande para retener a su mejor talento humano. Es por ello que el objetivo principal de esta investigación es determinar si existe relación entre el sistema de compensación salarial y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Empresa Servicios Generales Tecno Sanpf Perú SRL – 2019. El tipo de análisis utilizado es descriptivo correlacional interpretada en términos cuantitativos aplicada a los 45 colaboradores que laboraban en dicha empresa en el año 2019. Se recopiló la información a través de la observación directa y cuestionario validados por un experto. Esta investigación es descriptiva correlacional, de diseño no experimental con un enfoque cuantitativo, al finalizar con la investigación se concluye que existe una relación directa entre la remuneración y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores.
