La investigación tiene como objetivo, determinar como influye el desarrollo e implementación de un sistema web para la gestión de incidencias en la empresa ADESY.NET en el año 2021. Para lo cual se estudió la gestión de incidencias realizadas en la empresa antes mencionada. El nivel empleado en la investigación fue explicativo, con un enfoque cuantitativo. Esta investigación utilizo, para su propósito, el diseño cuasi experimental, por lo tanto está conformado por dos instrumentos, por lo cual la ficha de registro y la entrevista fueron piezas clave de las técnicas de recolección de datos, por lo que se recogió la información en un periodo trimestral antes del sistema y después de la implementación, considerando como población veinte reportes por mes durante tres meses estratificados antes y después del estudio para los indicadores nivel de incidencias atendidas y nivel de reincidencias, asimismo estos datos fueron procesados y tabulados con ayuda del software SPSS V.25 cuyos resultados se presentan gráfica y textualmente. Para el desarrollo del sistema web, se empleó la metodología SCRUM, por ser la que más se amolda a las necesidades y etapas del proyecto, además, se utilizó el lenguaje JavaScript, html5, css y el gestor de base de datos no relacional Mongo DB (en la nube). La investigación concluye que si existe una influencia significativa después del desarrollo e implementación de un sistema web en la gestión de incidencias en la empresa ADESY.NET en el año 2021. (Sig. Bilateral = 0.000 < 0.05) por lo que se aprueba la investigación con una distribución normal, lo cual se utilizó el T-Student con la finalidad de diferenciar la mejora de los indicadores en los meses enero, febrero y marzo sin sistema y junio, julio y agosto con el sistema web funcionando y operando correctamente. |

For which the management of incidents carried out in the aforementioned company was studied. The level used in the research was explanatory, with a quantitative approach. This research used the quasi-experimental design for its purpose, therefore it is made up of two instruments, by means of which its collection technique was the registration form, where one sample belongs to the control group and another to the experiment group, therefore that the information was collected in a quarterly period before the system and after implementation, considering as population 20 reports during 3 months stratified before and after the study for the indicators level of incidents attended and level of recidivism. For the development of the web system, the SCRUM methodology was used, as it is the one that best adapts to the needs and stages of the project, in addition, the JavaScript language, html5, css and the non-relational database manager Mongo DB were used. The research concludes that if there is a significant improvement after the development and implementation of a web system in the management of incidents in the company ADESY.NET in the year 2021.
