El objetivo de este estudio es conocer la relación entre el control interno y las contrataciones con el Estado en la UGEL 04, Lima 2022. Un enfoque cuantitativo, un tipo básico, un diseño no experimental y un nivel correlacional fueron las características de la metodología de investigación. 50 personas conformaron la población, mientras que 44 personas conformaron la muestra. Se empleó el método de la encuesta y el cuestionario como instrumento para la recolección de los datos. Los hallazgos arrojaron que, en cuanto al control interno, el 50,0% de la plantilla se encuentra en un nivel bajo, seguido de un 47,73% en un nivel medio y, por último, un 2,27% en un nivel alto. Al igual que en las contrataciones, el 75,0% de los empleados se clasifican como de nivel bajo, seguido del 22,73% de nivel medio y el 2,27% de nivel alto. Dado que la contratación tiene un sig = 0.000 < 0.05 y un grado de correlación (r = 485) con el ambiente de control con el Estado en la UGEL 04, Lima 2022, se infiere que esta relación es significativa. |

The research methodology had a quantitative approach, basic type, non-experimental design and correlational level. The population consisted of 50 people and in terms of the sample there were 44 people. The technique that was used for the collection of information was the survey and its instrument was the questionnaire. In the results it was observed that in internal control one (50.00%) are at a low level of internal control, 47.73% of them at a medium level and finally 2.27% of workers at a high level. Likewise, there was a (75.00%) who are at a low level of hiring, 22.73% of them at a medium level and finally 2.27% of workers at a high level.
