Para la realización de esta investigación se emplearon las teorías de la organización del área económica, financiera y tributaria. La muestra estuvo conformado por 32 empleados de la empresa IBAM del Perú, a quienes se les aplico un cuestionario conformado por 10 ítems (preguntas). Los datos recolectados fueron debidamente procesados y analizados empleando la hoja de cálculo de Excel.
