Repositorio de la Universidad Privada del Norte. https://hdl.handle.net/11537/34010658.81 VALV 2022https://hdl.handle.net/11537/34010El informe de similitud se encuentra ubicado en el último archivo con acceso restringido; además, como parte de los metadatos, se incluye el porcentaje de similitud (opción Mostrar el registro completo del ítem).La investigación tuvo por objetivo demostrar que, la gestión comercial basada en el cambio generacional tiene un impacto significativo en el nivel de ventas; ello fue logrado bajo un diseño cuasi experimental, conformado por la zona geográfica de la costa (grupo control) y de la sierra (grupo experimental) de La Libertad; en el caso de la costa, se levantó data de nivel de ventas desde noviembre de 2017 hasta diciembre de 2018, y en paralelo, data de la gestión comercial, como base del diagnóstico para emprender las mejoras en la zona sierra, levantándose data de todo el periodo 2019. De la investigación se concluyó que, determinar el segmento de mercado, cuyo perfil del consumidor sea congruente con las características del producto a ofertar, es fundamental; ello amerita comprender el cambio generacional, es decir, el conjunto de actividades o intereses, opiniones, estilo de vida, costumbres o hábitos en general de los consumidores que han cambiado, y viene cambiando como consecuencia de los factores sociales, políticos, económicos, y sobre todo tecnológicos; a este enfoque debe subyacer las acciones de gestión comercial, tales como alianzas entre distribuidor y fabricante, garantizándose así, una entrada rápida hacia los mercados nuevos; debiendo sustentarse ello, con las respectivas inversiones en infraestructura de almacenamiento y logística, resaltando particularmente la implementación de procedimientos de almacenamiento, de atención de pedidos y planes de ruteo, siendo variables claves, el tiempo y los costos; obteniendo como resultado una mayor eficiencia en el uso de los recursos, incremento en los niveles de venta, y como consecuencia mayores ganancias o utilidadesThe objective of the research was to show that commercial management based on generational change has a significant impact on the level of sales; This was achieved under a quasi-experimental design, made up of the geographical area of the coast (control group) and the highlands (experimental group) of La Libertad; In the case of the coast, sales level data was collected from November 2017 to December 2018, and in parallel, data from commercial management, as a basis for the diagnosis to undertake improvements in the sierra area, raising data from all the 2019 period.
