La investigación ha tenido como objetivo general identificar los factores que afectan el comportamiento del consumidor del sistema constructivo no convencional Drywall en la ciudad de Chiclayo,2020. Para la investigación se aplicó el estudio descriptivo – no experimental de corte transversal. La población ha estado constituida por 513 maestros del Drywall de la ciudad de Chiclayo, de la cual se calculó una muestra de 220 maestros, según la fórmula de la población finita conocida. Por su método, la investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo y se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta a través del instrumento del cuestionario. De acuerdo con los resultados de la investigación se concluye que los factores que afectan el comportamiento del consumidor del sistema constructivo no convencional Drywall en la ciudad de Chiclayo son principalmente los factores culturales (82%) y los factores psicológicos (71%), mientras que los factores sociales (63%) y personales (52%) no son determinantes. |

For the research, the descriptive study - non-experimental of cross-sectional cut was applied. The population has been made up of 513 drywall teachers in the city of Chiclayo, from which a sample of 220 teachers was calculated, according to the known finite population formula. By its method, the research has a quantitative approach and the survey technique was used through the questionnaire instrument.
