Después de la identificación y selección de causas raíz hemos procedido a plantear alternativas de mejora basadas en herramientas de ingeniería industrial. Finalmente hemos efectuado la evaluación económica y financiera, hemos determinado que su implementación es viable, porque su VAN es S/. 23,151 su TIR es 87.8%, superior al COK el B/C es 1.34 y su PRI es 9 meses. Además, es un proyecto que se sostendrá en el tiempo porque hemos dejado las líneas guías basadas en capacitaciones.

Además, es un proyecto que se sostendrá en el tiempo porque hemos dejado las líneas guías basadas en capacitaciones.The objective of this work was to determine the impact of the proposed improvement in the Logistics Management on the Profitability of the Luvisa EIRL oleocentro, and to propose its implementation First, a diagnosis was made of the current situation of the Luvisa EIRL oceanographic center, identifying 4 root causes, selecting 3 of them, which have a greater impact in terms of the economic and the criteria of the members of the company. After the identification and selection of root causes we have proceeded to propose alternatives for improvement based on industrial engineering tools. Finally we have made the economic and financial evaluation, we have determined that its implementation is viable, because its VAN is S/. 23,151, TIR is 87.8%, superior to COK, the B / C is 1.34 and its ROI is 9 months.
