And whose general hypothesis is accepted as soon as the Application of the Commercial Intelligence is related in the import of thermal printers for the company The Factory HKA Peru S.A.C. 2016-2017. In the Methodological framework, a type of correlational study and a non-experimental design have been used. Likewise, data collection has been used as a population and sample, with its corresponding instruments such as documentary analysis guide and observation guide. Finally, it is recommended that when carrying out this proposal of Application of the Commercial Intelligence for imports of thermal printers in the company The Factory HKA Peru SAC, the personnel involved in the corresponding area, in its entirety, should be duly aware of the content of this work. , in order to avoid weak points and strengthen the management itself, facilitating the achievement of the company's objectives.
