(2015). Los 32 ítems midieron las siguientes dimensiones: la calidad en la comunicación y elementos multimedia; la coherencia curricular y adaptación al usuario y la planificación didáctica. La resultante evidenció que, existe diferencias en la percepción de la educación e-learning de los estudiantes de dos universidades, lo cual responde a que la aplicación de esta modalidad de enseñanza e-learning ha presentado diferencias en el desarrollo y calidad de las clases, presentándose un mejor nivel en la universidad privada lo cual comprueba el objetivo de estudio y es corroborado por el análisis descriptivo. Se concluyó que, esta nueva modalidad e-learning ha sido un mayor desafío para los estudiantes de la universidad pública esto debido al poco avance y uso de plataformas virtuales, lo cual abre un precedente de nuevos retos que deberá afrontar la educación superior.

The methodology was worked under a quantitative, non-experimental- transversal, descriptive-comparative approach; A questionnaire was applied through a virtual survey to 200 students from a public and private university; the instrument was validated by Roig et al. (2015). The 32 items measured the following dimensions: quality in communication and multimedia elements; curricular coherence and adaptation to the user and didactic planning. The resulting evidence showed that there are differences in the perception of e-learning education of the students of two universities, which responds to the fact that the application of this modality of e- learning teaching has presented differences in the development and quality of the classes, presenting a better level in the private university which verifies the study objective and is corroborated by the descriptive analysis.
