description La investigación titulada “GESTIÓN EMPRESARIAL Y COMPETITIVIDAD EN LOS RESTAURANTES DEL CENTRO COMERCIAL MEGA PLAZA PARA EL PERÍODO 2022” tuvo como objetivo determinar si existe relación entre la gestión empresarial y la competitividad en los restaurantes del Centro Comercial Mega Plaza para el período 2022. La investigación realizada corresponde a un diseño no experimental, también transversal y de una forma correlacional. La muestra de estudio está conformada por 22 restaurantes que se encuentran ubicados dentro del centro comercial Mega plaza. El instrumento para obtener los datos que se han utilizado será: la encuesta y el método cuantitativo de Likert. Mediante la presente investigación se obtuvo un resultado de la correlación en 0.590 demostrando que entre las variables mencionadas gestión empresarial y competitividad existe una correlación significativa moderada. Las conclusiones en las que se culminó el trabajo de investigación es que se debe tener presente una relación importante entre gestión empresarial y competitividad en los restaurantes del centro comercial mega plaza para el período 2022.
