Para este estudio, se realizó sobre la base de 120 comerciantes, donde se tomó una muestra de 60 comerciantes del mercado El Económico, el cual se estimó saber el nivel de cultura tributaria, para ello se procedió a realizar una encuesta de 10 preguntas donde cada una determina el tipo de conocimiento presentado por los comerciantes con relación a la cultura tributaria y su incidencia en la evasión tributaria. El diseño de la investigación es no experimental, dado que la información recolectada se encuentra documentada, es cualitativa, descriptiva y correlacional. Como resultados de nuestra investigación se obtuvo: La escasa o nula Cultura Tributaria. Lo complejo de nuestro sistema tributario en nuestro país. El no cumplimiento de la obligación tributaria La predisposición hacia la informalidad.

El no cumplimiento de la obligación tributaria La predisposición hacia la informalidad.Our study is based on determining to what extent an adequate diffusion of the tax culture will influence in reducing the tax evasion in the market merchants of the Economic Market of the District of Ate year 2017. For this study, it was conducted on the basis of 120 merchants, where a sample of 60 merchants was taken from El Economico market, which was estimated to know the level of cultural taxation, for which a survey of 10 questions was carried out, each one determination of the type of knowledge presented by the merchants in relation to the tax culture and its incidence in tax evasion. The design of the research is non-experimental, given that the information collected is documented, it is descriptive quantitative.
