La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y su instrumento fue el cuestionario bajo el modelo de CL - SPC, donde se infirió que mediante el análisis estadístico de Pearson se llegó a obtener un coeficiente correlación de 0,916 (directamente fuerte) donde se puede concluir que el 91,6% del clima laboral se relaciona de manera significativa con el nivel de ventas de los colaboradores del área de atención al cliente en la empresa Aldodiego & Co., 2019.

This study had a descriptive and correlational level investigation. The population was made up of 21 workers from Aldodiego & Co. in 2019 who were students between 18 and 24 years old.
