Presenta una población muestral representada por 25 sujetos perteneciente a la Municipalidad Provincial de Hualgayoc – Bambamarca. Se ha utilizado un cuestionario dirigido tanto para funcionarios y empleados. El Sistema Integrado de Gestión Administrativa (SIGA) es un sistema que no influye de manera significante como herramienta de gestión, en la toma de decisiones de la Municipalidad Provincial de Hualgayoc – Bambamarca, en el año 2019, debido a que no todos manejan estos sistemas y por el poco conocimiento que se tiene. Asimismo, manifestando la necesidad de buscar las mejoras del manejo del Sistema Integrado de Gestión Administrativa influirá positivamente y significantemente en la toma de Decisiones de manera directa, y viceversa.

It presents a sample population represented by 25 subjects belonging to the Provincial Municipality of Hualgayoc - Bambamarca. A questionnaire aimed at both officials and employees has been used The Integrated Administrative Management System (SIGA) is a system that does not significantly influence as a management tool, in the decision-making of the Provincial Municipality of Hualgayoc - Bambamarca, in 2019, because not all manage these systems and because of the little knowledge we have.
