Además, en ellos se desarrolla actividades culturales, académicas y de servicio.Is proposed to serve as cultural infrastructure for the city of Cajamarca. The building is intended to showcase and reinforce the value of traditional arts in the region; as well as incentivize the use of the San Lucas River and its Riverwalk, while highlighting their relevance for the city. The proposed design capitalizes on the reinterpretation of the traditional architecture of Cajamarca. As such, it is comprised of compact, orthogonal volumes articulated by a wooden gallery that creates open patios along its length, providing natural lighting and ventilation for the main spaces in the interior of building.
