Este estudio encontró dimensiones que pueden afectar a un trabajador para no cumplir con su productividad al realizar el teletrabajo. Primero, el horario laboral se volvió extenso pues se marca un inicio, pero no un final a lo largo del día. Segundo, el espacio físico para trabajar no fue el adecuado ni muy silencioso para poder concentrarse. Tercero, la salud mental del trabajador puede verse afectada por la falta de interacción con otras personas y el estrés por mezclar la vida profesional y personal. Para la presente investigación se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo aplicada, alcance explicativo y diseño no experimental y transversal. Para la recolección de datos, se realizó una encuesta, la cual se envió a dos empresas reconocidas del sector asegurador para conseguir la muestra de 136 trabajadores del área comercial, estas fueron Rímac Seguros y La Positiva Seguros. Concluyendo que, para los empleados del área comercial no existe influencia del teletrabajo sobre la productividad.

This study found dimensions that can affect a worker not to meet his productivity when teleworking. First, the working hours became long as a beginning, but not an end, is marked throughout the day. Second, the physical space to work was not adequate or very quiet to be able to concentrate. Third, the mental health of the worker can be affected by the lack of interaction with other people and the stress of mixing professional and personal life. For the present investigation, a quantitative approach of applied type, explanatory scope and non-experimental and cross-sectional design was used. To collect data, a survey was carried out, which was sent to two recognized companies in the insurance sector to obtain a sample of 136 workers from the commercial area, these were Rímac Seguros and La Positiva Seguros.
