A esto se le suma que actualmente, a raíz de las consecuencias traídas por la pandemia del Covid 19, el uso de los medios digitales e internet se ha incrementado, lo cual ha permitido encontrar una oportunidad de negocio que ayude a las actividades cotidianas de los hogares peruanos. Es por ello que se pretende lanzar al mercado a Servitec, que es una empresa peruana desarrollada a través de una plataforma digital que ofrece apoyo en los servicios técnicos y domésticos más solicitados en el mercado hoy en día. Servitec se desarrolla llegando a sus usuarios mediante la contratación de proveedores que son los técnicos profesionales especialistas en las ramas relacionadas a gasfitería, electricidad, jardinería, carpintería, cerrajería, limpieza, albañilería y pintura. Esta empresa llega a su público mediante un aplicativo digital disponible en todas las plataformas compatibles con smartphones y una página web de alta calidad que pretende atender las necesidades básicas y comunes. Precisar que este aplicativo tendrá una mayor difusión a través de campañas publicitarias impulsadas por redes sociales con el fin de obtener un mayor alcance con su público objetivo y satisfacer sus necesidades a través del contacto con nuestros proveedores que son altamente calificados para cada servicio.
