description El proyecto consiste en la creación de un Centro de Formación de Artes Escénicas, el cual estará ubicado en el Centro Histórico de Lima. Los centros de artes escénicas son espacios que sirven como punto de cultura tanto de una forma educativa como punto de presentaciones. En la actualidad, la ciudad de Lima no cuenta con ningún centro de formación de artes escénicas multidiscipinario, la mayoría de las escuelas superiores se enfocan en solo un arte. Este déficit de instituciones responde a las nuevas formas de apreciar el arte contemporáneo, que sumado con la falta de interés por el arte en el país conlleva a que las carreras artísticas no sean tomadas en cuenta y se les reste importancia. Por estas razones, se plantea la creación de un Centro de Formación Superior de Artes Escénicas, el cuál tendrá como objetivo brindar conocimientos generales sobre las tres artes escénicas predominantes; que son la danza, el teatro y la música, de forma que el alumno pueda desenvolverse en los tres ámbitos antes mencionados y esto le permita una mayor libertad y flexibilidad creativa.

The performing arts centers are places considered cultural points in the city. This is because there are not limited to an educational vision, just as well there are places where anyone can go watch performances. Nowadays, the city of Lima doesn´t count with any performing arts center with a multi-disciplinary approach, the majority of schools of performing arts are only focused in one of the three disciplines. This deficit of infrastructure responds to the new ways of appreciating contemporary art, summed up with the lack of interest that the country has on arts leads to artistic careers been downplayed and disregarded. For that reasons, it is proposed a creation of a Performing Arts Center which will aim to provide general knowledge of the three predominant performing arts, such as dance, theatre, and music.
