Los puntos más relevantes de este proyecto son: El Planeamiento Estratégico, a través del cual pudimos obtener una visión amplia de las oportunidades que existe en el mercado Peruano, debido al incremento de la tasa de pacientes con esta patología, “La Diabetes” El Análisis del Macroentorno, nos ha permitido conocer las necesidades de nuestro público objetivo, para poder ofrecer un producto adecuado, del mismo modo conocer las oportunidades y estrategias a manejar para mantener este proyecto mediante ventas online y directas. En el plan económico y financiero, se ha considerado una proyección a cinco años de la inversión, donde se puede visualizar que este es un proyecto es rentable, el VPN es mayor a cero y cuenta con una TIR de 46% para el inversionista. De acuerdo a lo detallado, se puede demostrar lo interesante y atractivo que sería este proyecto en el mercado Peruano, al no tener una competencia directa, permitiéndole a SAFEET, tener la oportunidad de brindar un aporte a la salud de los Peruanos. Finalmente, de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos, se recomienda el lanzamiento e implementación del proyecto, avizorando un futuro favorable para el inversionista y socios.

The most relevant points of this project areStrategic Planning, through which we were able to obtain a broad vision of the opportunities that exist in the Peruvian market, due to the increase in the rate of patients with this pathology, "Diabetes" The Market Research Analysis has allowed us to know the needs of our target audience, in order to offer an adequate product, in the same way to know the opportunities and strategies to manage and maintain this project through online and direct sales. In the economic and financial plan, for five-year projection of the investment has been considered, where it can be seen that this is a profitable project, the NPV is greater than zero and has a TIR of 46% for the investor. According to the detailed, it can be shown how interesting and attractive this project would be in the Peruvian market, by not having direct competition, allowing SAFEET to have the opportunity to provide a contribution to the health of the Peruvians.
