Consequently, an important economic impact has been generated in the sector, which is reflected in a 21% increase in its operating costs. After reviewing the literature, little information was found about the sector, due to which, the motivation is to carry out the study of a service SME in Lima, Peru. The proposed solution model comprises four phases: in the first phase, change management is developed, in the second phase, a study of the work is carried out, in the third phase, inventory management is applied, and in the last phase, they are standardized. The procedures previously developed.
