description El desarrollo de la presente tesis consiste en la creación de un nuevo Conservatorio Superior de Música, el cual estará ubicado en el distrito de San Borja, Lima. Tiene como principal objetivo resolver las necesidades arquitectónicas y funcionales para una mejor enseñanza musical, por lo cual se realizó una previa investigación para conocer las deficiencias actuales que existen en la infraestructural musical que hay en el Perú. En base a una investigación mediante el análisis de referentes que manejan un diseño que aporta y favorece la enseñanza, se obtuvo los conocimientos y herramientas para usar la Arquitectura como una herramienta y así crear un ecosistema de aprendizaje funcional en la propuesta del proyecto mediante espacios de socialización y encuentro que se planteará para crear un Conservatorio que cumpla todas las necesidades.

Its main objective is to solve the architectural and functional needs for a better musical education, for which a previous research was carried out to know the current deficiencies that exist in the musical infrastructure in Peru.
