In Peru, one of the main problems for SMEs is the lack of planned production and a poor distribution of work. These problems faced by all SMEs generate that entrepreneurs seek different ways to overcome the problems mentioned above applying different solutions to generate opportunities, providing greater productivity and establishing sustainability in companies.
