On the last few years, countries like Brazil and Chile became leaders on e-government initiatives on the region, those countries are in the path of the formation of a solid information society, and there are others trying to reach them. In this context, Peru has been working following the same objective with some e-government initiatives on diverse scopes of citizen services, like in international trading, civil state and identification, and tax administration, it's this last topic which we believe can be consolidated with the solution proposed on the present work. This solution establishes a proposal of technical infrastructure to support an only way to access and notify payment receipts, and its creation was motivated not only for the necessity of increasing the use of electronic processes by the citizens and to improve transparency of the government, but also to impose highly effective means to an adequate follow up and control of the compliance with the current legal rules regarding payment receipts. Therefore, and in alignment with Peru objectives regarding improving technology use in favor of the citizens, we provide this proposal that will support the objective of creating and maintaining a Peruvian information society, and which we are sure will cover recurrent necessities of the citizens like presenting payment receipts to banks or social security entities.
