On the last few years, countries like Brazil and Chile became leaders on e-government initiatives on the region, those countries are in the path of the formation of a solid information society, and there are others trying to reach them. In this context, Peru has been working following the same objective with some e-government initiatives on diverse scopes of citizen services, like in international trading, civil state and identification, and tax administration, it's this last topic which we believe can be consolidated with the solution proposed on the present work.
