La investigación presenta una introducción breve a los trastornos mentales y su presencia en la cinematografía. Seguidamente, se plantean los antecedentes sobre la presencia de los trastornos alimenticios en Hollywood y finalmente la anorexia en sí. A continuación, nos centramos en la película de la que parte este trabajo de análisis. Finalmente, se elaboraron tres niveles de discusión en torno a esta temática: En primer lugar, la construcción del personaje; en segundo lugar, las acciones del personaje; y, en tercer lugar, los conflictos del personaje.

Also presents a brief introduction to mental disorders and their presence in cinematography. Next, the background on the presence of eating disorders in Hollywood and finally anorexia itself are presented. Then, we focus on the film of this analysis.
