Partiendo de una motivación personal por impulsar el lugar donde nací, enfoco el proyecto en base a las actuales y nuevas necesidades de la población, lo cual se ve reflejado en el siguiente programa: zona mercado de abastecimiento, zona gastronómica, oficinas y espacios de esparcimiento, entre ellos un bulevar. El proyecto tiene como finalidad generar un vínculo con su entorno inmediato: el malecón costero más representativo y la zona comercial más importante, ubicados a dos cuadras del terreno y en las manzanas colindantes, respectivamente; utilizándose la pronunciada pendiente existente del terreno para lograr visuales hacia el mar y en su interior complementar el comercio existente con el programa propuesto en el párrafo anterior.

Starting from a personal motivation to promote the place where I was born, I approach the project based on the current and new needs of the population, which is reflected in the following program: market area, gastronomic area, offices and recreational spaces, including a boulevard.
