Debido a ello, se han llevado a cabo diversas investigaciones sobre este campo con distintos enfoques, siendo dos de estos el encuadre y las funciones comunicativas. Asimismo, algunos de estos estudios abordan las combinaciones lingüísticas del inglés con idiomas asiáticos tales como chino, coreano, persa, entre otros. Sin embargo, son pocos los estudios que abordan casos sobre la traducción periodística en Latinoamérica. El presente trabajo de investigación pretende analizar las estrategias de reencuadre y transferencia de las funciones comunicativas de las noticias traducidas por la Agencia Peruana de Noticias Andina, la agencia de noticias del Estado peruano, que buscaría, a través de la traducción, llamar la atención de agentes extranjeros que estén interesados en visitar e invertir en el Perú. El estudio se basa en un corpus de noticias publicadas en las secciones de economía y turismo durante el año 2019. Desde un enfoque cualitativo, se aplicará la técnica de análisis textual contrastivo a para identificar las estrategias de reencuadre y las funciones comunicativas en los textos fuente y meta. La interpretación de los datos expondrá cómo Andina reencuadra sus traducciones para que se acomoden a un nuevo contexto comunicativo y sociocultural.News translation has been a study subject of translation studies since the 1970s. As a result, many studies have been carried out on this field with different approaches, two of them are framing and text functions. Besides, some of these studies address the linguistic combinations of English with Asian languages such as Chinese, Korean, Persian, among others. However, there are not many studies that address cases about news translation in Latin America. This research analyzes the reframing strategies and the text functions of the news articles translated by the Agencia Peruana de Noticias Andina (Peruvian News Agency Andina), since as a government agency, it aimed to increase the amount of readers and attract the attention of those foreigners who are interested in visiting and investing in Peru. The study is based on a corpus of the news articles published in the economics and tourism sections of Andina during the year 2019. The study follows a qualitative methodology in order to analyze the corpus, since contrastive textual analysis sheets will be used to evaluate the reframing strategies and text functions.
