Toda idea de emprendimiento debe primero identificar y conocer al público objetivo a quien se dirigirá, tal y como lo hemos hecho con Loncheras Saludables SUMAQ. Luego de la identificación y conocimiento detallado de nuestro mercado objetivo iniciamos el desarrollo de los planes proyectados en las diversas áreas neurálgicas de un negocio, como Marketing, Operaciones, Recursos Humanos y Financiero. Por ello, se ha desarrolla la Estrategia de Marketing detallando la forma de posicionar el producto, el segmento del mercado y la forma en cómo se ingresará, indicando las acciones de comunicación, presentación y herramientas de publicidad. Por último, Loncheras Saludables SUMAQ ha determinado la inversión, el cálculo de capital de trabajo, así como la estructura de financiamiento pretendida.

Luego de la identificación y conocimiento detallado de nuestro mercado objetivo iniciamos el desarrollo de los planes proyectados en las diversas áreas neurálgicas de un negocio, como Marketing, Operaciones, Recursos Humanos y Financiero. Every idea of ​​entrepreneurship must first identify and know the target audience to whom it will be addressed, as we have done with SUMAQ Healthy Lunch Boxes. After the identification and detailed knowledge of our target market we begin the development of the projected plans in the different neuralgic areas of a business, such as Marketing, Operations, Human Resources and Financial.
